8. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

9. Foreign Passport (with valid U.S. visa, if applicable)

• All IDs must be original (not photocopies or digital images)

• ID must be current or not more than 5 years expired

• The name on the ID must match the name on the document to be notarized
